The German Heavy Psych Rock band Black Ocean's Edge manages to pick up the audience with a massive foundation and dynamic guitar playing. Grungy Stoner bass, spherical Blues Rock guitar and energetic drums catapult into a world between fascination and ecstasy. In doing so, they immerse themselves in a sound inspired by the dark waters of the sea. Front woman Alex almost becomes a siren herself and beguiles with her powerful, characteristic voice.

Formed in 2020, Black Ocean's Edge's unique sound is the result of the diverse backgrounds of its four members. Their musical roots range from Indie Rock to Metal, Ska and Blues Rock to Pop Rock and Funk. The four combine this infectious mix with their own experiences and stories, which gives them their unbridled charm. This is also evident in the lyrics. Black Ocean's Edge are not afraid to go headlong through the wall and conflict with inner demons. Their self-confidence and determination are not only reflected in their lyrics but also show up in their energetic live performances.

As support, the band has been on stage with stoner rockers Daily Thompson, Psych Rock band Dirty Sound Magnet, and psychedelic Prog Rockers Mother's Cake, among others. They have also played with Hard Rock bands such as Thundermother and Dirty Honey as well as Brother Dege, known for his soundtrack from the Tarantino movie Django Unchained.

Their first EP, titled DIVE DEEP, was released in 2022. Currently, Black Ocean's Edge are in the studio again and have already released their first singles, as a foretaste of their upcoming album.
